ABOUT THE MASK

What is the Aurivia LED Mask?
The Blush 3D Wireless LED Face Mask (Edition 01) is our limited-edition wireless LED skincare device, designed to bring professional-inspired LED skincare into your at-home routine.

Featuring 9 light modes, it combines multiple wavelengths of LED and near-infrared light to support a range of skincare goals, from the appearance of fine lines and uneven tone to redness and blemish-prone skin.

Designed with premium flexible silicone for a comfortable fit, it makes advanced skincare simple: one device, multiple light modes, from the comfort of home.

How does it work?
The mask uses LEDs that emit specific wavelengths of light onto the skin. Different wavelengths interact with the skin at different depths and are used in LED skincare for different purposes.

Aurivia combines four wavelengths (465nm, 530nm, 630nm and 850nm near-infrared) across 9 light modes, so you can choose a mode based on your skincare goals.

Is it suitable for my skin?
The Aurivia LED Mask is designed to be suitable for most skin types when used according to the supplied instructions.

However, LED light therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. If you have a diagnosed skin or medical condition, take photosensitising medication, have a known sensitivity to light, are pregnant, or are unsure whether LED is suitable for you, we recommend consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Always review the safety information and contraindications supplied with your device before your first session.

How often should I use it?
10–20 minutes, 3–4 times a week, as recommended in the user manual.

Consistency matters more than overuse. Building your sessions into a regular skincare routine will help you get the most from your mask.

What results can I expect?
Results vary from person to person and depend on factors including consistency, skin type, skincare routine and individual concerns.

LED skincare is about consistency rather than overnight transformation. We recommend building your Aurivia mask into a regular routine and allowing time to see how your skin responds.

Is this a medical device?
No. The Aurivia LED Mask is a cosmetic skincare device intended for cosmetic and general skincare use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

LIMITED EDITION & AVAILABILITY

What does “Limited Edition” mean?
Aurivia releases selected colourways in limited quantities rather than keeping every shade permanently available. Our technology stays the same; the edition is all about the colour.

What is Edition 01 Blush?
Edition 01 Blush is Aurivia’s first limited-edition colourway: a soft blush finish created for the launch of our wireless 3D LED Face Mask. Only a limited quantity will be available.

Will Blush be restocked once it sells out?
Blush is a limited release, so a restock is not guaranteed. If it sells out, follow @auriviaco and join our email list to hear what comes next.

Will you release other colours?
Yes. Aurivia plans to introduce new colour editions over time, giving each release its own moment while keeping the core technology consistent. New colour. Same Aurivia experience.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes. We offer free nationwide delivery across South Africa.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free. We do door-to-door delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we see you! For now we’re focused on customers across South Africa, with international shipping on our roadmap as Aurivia grows.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Stitch. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, Instant EFT and other supported options.

Can I pay in instalments?
Where available, you can choose a Pay Later option through Stitch at checkout and split your payment into instalments. Availability and approval are subject to Stitch’s terms.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are securely processed through Stitch using industry-standard security measures. Aurivia does not store your full card details.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@auriviaco.com as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the product, change-of-mind returns may be restricted once the mask has been opened or used, subject to applicable consumer law. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for complete terms, including your statutory rights.

Does the mask come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Aurivia LED Mask includes a 12-month limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, unauthorised modification or repair, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Please see our Warranty Policy for full terms and exclusions.

What if my mask arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email info@auriviaco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Clear photos or a short video help us assess the problem more quickly. We’ll guide you through the next steps in line with our Returns & Warranty Policy and your consumer rights.

USING YOUR MASK

Do I need to use any skincare products with it?
No. The Aurivia LED Mask can be used on clean, dry skin without any additional skincare products. After your session, you can continue with the rest of your usual routine.

Can I use it alongside other skincare treatments?
LED can form part of a broader skincare routine, but how you combine it depends on the products, devices and professional treatments you use.

Follow the instructions provided with your mask and your other skincare products or devices. If you’re having professional skin treatments or are unsure whether they should be combined, consult an appropriate skincare or healthcare professional.

How do I clean the mask?
After use, switch off your mask and gently clean it with a damp microfibre cloth.

Do not submerge the electronic components in water or use harsh or abrasive cleaning products. Always let the mask dry fully before storing or using it again.

How long will my mask last?
Your Aurivia LED Mask is designed for repeated use. Its lifespan depends on how often you use it, your charging habits, storage and general care. Following the care and storage instructions supplied with your device will help keep it in the best possible condition.
